GLOSSARY
TREATMENT: means the provision, coordination, or
management of health care and related services by one or
more health care providers, including the coordination
or management of health care by a health care provider
with a third party; consultation between health care
providers relating to a patient; or the referral of a
patient for health care from one health care provider to
another.
- FROWN LINE: a facial wrinkle associated with
frowning
- COSMETIC: plastic surgery (Also called aesthetic
plastic surgery.) - one type of plastic surgery
performed to repair or reshape otherwise normal
structures of the body, primarily to improve the
patient's appearance and self-esteem.
- PROCEDURE: a particular course of action intended

- INJECTION: A method of administering a substance
such as a drug into the skin, subcutaneous tissue,
muscle, blood vessels, or body cavities, usually by
means of a needle.
- MUSCLES: Muscle is a contractile form of tissue.
It is one of the four major tissue types, the other
three being epithelium, connective tissue and nervous
tissue. Muscle contraction is used to move parts of the
body, as well as to move substances within the body.

- EYES: An eye is an organ that detects light.
Different kinds of light-sensitive organs are found in a
variety of creatures. The simplest eyes do nothing but
detect whether the surroundings are light or dark. More
complex eyes are used to provide the sense of vision.
- EYEBROWS: The eyebrow is a bony ridge above the
eye, found in humans and other primates. In humans, it
bears a tuft of facial hair. The function of the
eyebrows is to prevent debris such as dandruff and other
small objects from falling into the eyes, as well as
providing sense of something near the eye, such as an
insect and prevent water or sweat from dripping into the
eye.
